End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Coparently and governs your use of the Coparently mobile and web application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely to use the Coparently service for family coordination.

2. Ownership

The App and its software, design, and content are owned by Coparently and its licensors. This Agreement gives you no ownership rights — only the license above.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Remove branding, notices, or attribution from the App.
Use the App to violate any law or the rights of any person.

4. Your Content

Calendar entries, messages, photos, documents, and other content you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and display it within the service to your family members. You are responsible for having the right to share content you upload, including information about your children and co-parent.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on hosting, authentication, email delivery, and AI-assist providers described in our Privacy Policy. Their handling of data is covered there.

6. Updates

We may update the App to add features, fix issues, or maintain compatibility. Updates may be required for continued use of the service.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

Our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement lasts until you stop using the App or we terminate it for breach. On termination, stop using the App. Your data rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
